You are invited to attend a Special CLA Meeting to discuss our plan for treating Eurasian Watermilfoil (EWM) in Big Comfort.

 

· Partnering with the CLFL Watershed District and the DNR, we will be treating the whole lake with Fluridone, which should give us amazing results for several years

· What is a whole lake EWM treatment and what does it mean for homeowners?

· Fluridone: what it is, how it works, and how it is safe for native vegetation, fish, pets and humans Guest Speaker: Mike O’Connell from Lake Management, Inc.

· What is the cost and how will it be paid?

· Private DNR Permits: find out how this treatment will affect your permit application for treating invasive species in your lakeshore area.
